Gluten Free Turkey and Spinach Meatballs

Ingredients
2, 8 ounce packages of ground turkey1 16 ounce bag of spinach2 eggs, beaten1 1/3 cup Gluten Free Bread Crumbs (I use Aleia’s Italian style)1 packet of Gluten free chicken bouillon (I use herbox sodium free)1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese1 tablespoon Italian seasoning1 tablespoon garlic powder1 teaspoon onion powder2 tablespoons butter1 tablespoon minced garlic1 jar, marinara sauce (I used homemade but store bought is fine too!) (or you can use an Alfredo sauce!)salt and pepper to taste (I use a teaspoon each)
Directions
clean and chop your spinachadd oil to a pan and turn on to medium low heatsauté your spinach until the spinach has decreased in size, wilted together and has taken on a dark green colorlet spinach cool for about 10 minutespreheat oven to 350Fadd ground turkey to a bowl and add in gluten free bread crumbs, chicken bouillon, Italian seasoning garlic powder, onion powder, parmesan cheese and spinach. Mix together well.add marinara to an oven safe panroll your turkey mixture into balls and place on top of marinaramelt butter and minced garlic in an oven safe bowltop meatballs with butter mixturebake for 30 minutestop with more parmesan or mozzarella cheese! Serve with pasta, broccolini or risotto!
To store; place in a storage container and put into refrigerator. Will keep for 3-4 days.
